How to store this?

Bean Sprouts  – White and chubby stem.
– Fresh smell.
– Have less rootlets.
 Don’t wash, just store inside the vegetable drawer of the fridge, in plastic bag.
Button Mushroom  – Milky colored, and solid enough same as above.
Enoki Mushroom  – Have straight, chubby stem. same
Garlic  – have a solid body.
– light pink colored skin
– well dried skin and shoots
– Do not peel it before use. Remove green shoots before store.
– Store in a cool, dry place where air can circulate.
– If it’s already peeled, use it before 7 days past. You can mashed them and freeze to store.
White radish  – Evenly sized with clean and smooth surface.
– Have as white skin as possible.
– Heavy and solid body.
 – Cut the leaves off and wrap it.
Then, put it in the fridge.
Green onion – Have glowing on white stem.
– Fresh, green tops
– Avoid soggy or rotting one.
 – Store in a plastic bag, inside the vegetable drawer of the fridge.
Carrot  – Buy the one with their green tops.
– Intensity of the color, which is more orange colored.
– Solid body.
 Same as above.
Spinach  – Clear, intense green colored
– Smooth surface.
– Same as above.
– Be sure to not store over 3 days.
Onion  – Firm bulbs with even colored
– No sprouting.
– Papery dry skins, solid body.
 – Store in a cool, dry place where air can circulate.
– Don’t store next to potatoes.
Cabbage  – Heavy and solid body.  – Store in a plastic bag, inside the fridge.
Potato  – Look Clean, smooth, firm textured potatoes.
– No cuts, bruises or discoloration.
– No sprouting.
– No blue or black spots.
– Store in a cool, dry place where air can circulate.
– Don’t store next to Onions.
Tomato – Should be without wrinkles.
– Smooth Skin and firm with no cuts
 Store in a vegetable drawer of the fridge.
Peppers  – Clean, smooth body
– If it has intense color, then the taste is intense too, and if it has color, then it has fresh taste.
 Don’t wash, just store inside the vegetable drawer of the fridge, in plastic bag.
